Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Relate-360 application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use this App. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

3. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to keep your information current.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of content you post ("User Content"). By posting content, you grant Relate-360 LLC a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content within the App.

You are solely responsible for your User Content. You agree not to post content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Post objectionable, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Harass, bully, or intimidate other users
• Impersonate others or provide false information
• Use the App for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to access other users' accounts
• Distribute spam, malware, or unsolicited content

6. Content Moderation

Relate-360 LLC reserves the right to review, moderate, and remove any content that violates these Terms. Users may report objectionable content or abusive behavior through the in-app reporting system. We may suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly violate these Terms.

7. User Blocking

You may block other users at any time. When you block a user, they will no longer be able to see your content or interact with you within the App.

8. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time through the App settings. Upon deletion, all your data will be permanently removed from our systems.

9. Intellectual Property

The App, including its design, features, and content (excluding User Content), is owned by Relate-360 LLC and protected by intellectual property laws.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Relate-360 LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
