End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you and Relate-360 LLC ("Company") for the use of the Relate-360 mobile application ("App"). By using the App, you agree to be bound by this EULA.

2. License Grant

The Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to this EULA.

The App allows users to post content including text, photos, and videos ("User Content"). By using the App, you agree to the following content standards:

Relate-360 has a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive users.

You may not post, share, or transmit content that is:

5. Reporting and Moderation

Users can report objectionable content or abusive behavior directly within the App. All reports are reviewed by our moderation team. Content that violates this policy will be removed, and users who repeatedly violate these standards may have their accounts suspended or terminated.

6. User Blocking

You may block any user at any time. Blocking a user prevents them from viewing your content and interacting with you. When you block a user, a report is automatically generated for our moderation team to review.

7. Account Termination

The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate this EULA, including but not limited to posting objectionable content or engaging in abusive behavior.

8. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time through the App settings. Account deletion is permanent and results in the removal of all your data from our systems.

9. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. The Company does not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, regardless of the cause of action.

11. Governing Law

This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, United States.

12. Changes

The Company reserves the right to modify this EULA at any time. Continued use of the App after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated EULA.
