Frequently Asked Questions

How do I create an account?

You can sign up using Sign in with Apple, Google Sign-In, or FamilySearch. Simply download the app and tap your preferred sign-in method.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings in the app, scroll to the bottom, and tap "Delete Account." You will be asked to confirm twice before your account and all associated data are permanently deleted.

How do I report objectionable content?

Tap the report button on any post, comment, or user profile to submit a report. Our moderation team reviews all reports and takes appropriate action.

How do I block a user?

Navigate to the user's profile and tap "Block User." Blocked users will no longer appear in your feed and cannot interact with your content.

How do I connect with family members?

Use the Friends tab to search for and add connections. You can also link your FamilySearch account to automatically discover family relationships.

What are Circles?

Circles are community groups where you can share stories, photos, and connect with others who share common interests or family heritage.
